Northern Ghost Works creates and sells collectible ghost-themed pin badges and related products.

3. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from Northern Ghost Works.
Your order will be confirmed by email. A contract between you and Northern Ghost Works is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, you will receive a full refund.

Northern Ghost Works is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Under UK consumer law, you have certain rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described goods.

For unwanted items, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless an exemption applies.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage costs are not resonsibility of Northern Ghost Works.

Northern Ghost Works is built around original ghost stories, historical inspirations, paranormal research, and creative interpretations developed through our own design process.
Each badge, illustration, character, story, description, and design concept created by Northern Ghost Works represents original creative work and forms part of our intellectual property.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- ghost character designs;
- badge artwork and illustrations;
- product names and collections;
- written stories and descriptions;
- historical or paranormal research presented in our own words;
- website images, photography, and promotional material;
- the creative concepts and themes behind our collections.
Purchasing a Northern Ghost Works product gives you ownership of the physical item only. It does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, manufacture, or commercially exploit the artwork, designs, stories, or creative concepts behind that product.
