You will receive a pin from the relevant batch; it will not be an exact match to any single photograph.

No. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve or secure it. A purchase is only confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Dispatch times and shipping options are shown at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information. UK deliveries are usually prompt after dispatch; international deliveries take longer and depend on the destination country’s postal service.
